If you are having a problem or issue with the ePortfolio, in the first instance please contact the administrator at your Regional HEE, or HEIW of NIMDTA Office. They have the facilities to deal with most issues relating to the ePortfolio and its use. They are able to make sure that you are linked to the correct ESs, or Trainees or Schemes and resolve issues relating to Programmes and dates.
